This question could easily be one of the most challenging questions of your life, as you will be forced to ask and answer it again and again.
OUR TOPICS:
Discover your body & spirit
What are your values?
Critical thinking is the key to your development
What is your self-image?
What can be more exciting than discovering yourself? In the next lessons, we will work on you and your inner self. Many people don’t really know who they are or where their life is taking them. They have no control over their life, which causes frustration.
In order to know who you are and what you want, you have to get to know yourself first. This process is usually not easy, as you will be confronted with many things that you will probably not like. Learn to accept that and remember that you can change these points.
Getting to know yourself is a life-long process and a fascinating one at that. Ask yourself the right questions and you’ll get the correct answers. Always ask positively and constructively.
Every change begins with a question, with which you determine the direction in which you’ll change. With positive questions, you’ll receive positive answers, and with negative questions, you’ll get negative responses.

IMPORTANT REFLECTIONS ON YOUR LIFE
We all have a mission in life – whether we recognise it or not.
The only things that stand between you and your dreams are your fears.
Mistakes are an essential part of success.
Search within yourself first and find it.
When you change yourself, you change your world.
First you, then others.
You are responsible for yourself and your life, and only you!
Be yourself – find out who you are and live your life!
BODY & SPIRIT
We are masses of energy, and in truth, we understand nothing at all. We think we know so much and can explain everything, but so many secrets still lie slumbering, that need to be aired out. Let’s work on the biggest secret for now – you!
You have so much and might not even know it. Your body and your spirit, or in other words, soul or universal energy, whatever you would like to call it, are one unit. Sometimes they are like a cat and mouse, and sometimes they are best friends. We possess a behemoth, which we try to control with our small consciousness. That consciousness, that awareness, is the first level on which we can actually work actively and consciously, in order to influence our system of sub- and unconsciousness and even our body.
You arrive in this world with your true self and a small body. Your body gets bigger, and your true self gets smaller. The world tells you who you are and who you ought to be. It is time to discover and develop your real self again…
YOUR VALUE
Always remember that you are a unique and valuable person! Your self-worth decides how you treat yourself and your environment, and how you are treated.
We are always in a state of development. You are a dynamic being and change continually.
The winners in life see the changes as chances for improvement. Your entire life is one constant progression, and your life is the chance to bring your spirit closer to perfection.
It is just beautiful to think of all the possibilities you have to make a masterpiece out of your life. Are you ready for that?
CRITICAL THINKING
On the way to your true self, you will run into beliefs and truths that turn out to be lies. That’s why it’s essential to train your critical thinking. Question everything that you think and believe in finding out whether it’s really what you want to believe and live. The world is full of manipulations, and many are very skilled at using you.
Recognise your own value and build your strengths on it!
YOUR SELF-IMAGE
Your self-image is engendered by your thoughts, which are shaped by experiences and beliefs.
Unfortunately, most people are raised from a very young age to have a poor self-image. If you can recognise that now, it’s time to change it.
If you have a negative and pessimistic self-image, then everything represents a problem for you, and your feeling of self-worth is shallow. With this bad energy, you only attract the corresponding people and situations and will feel strengthened in your belief that you aren’t worth more.
A positive and optimistic person expects everything in life and sees each problem as a chance to grow. A positive person faces challenges and always imagines themselves on the winning side. That affects their energy, and thus attracts precisely those kinds of people and situations that can help him to achieve his goals and dreams even faster and better.
YOUR ATTITUDE
Self-confident people make clear and specific statements about what they want and hope for. That is recognised and respected by those around them.
This requires a few leadership qualities – are you a leader or a follower?
People with low self-confidence often make decisions depending on other people’s wishes. By doing so, they suppress their own desires, to fulfil others’.
Concretely practice expressing your desires in a friendly and confident way, without attacking your conversational partner with accusations or criticisms.
Use the ‘I’ form to say what you want, feel, do or think.
What do you feel while reading the next two statements?
‘I don’t feel comfortable when you always criticise me.’ (The ‘I’ form with your own feelings)
‘You’re always criticising me, so I don’t feel comfortable.’ (‘You’ form with an accusation)

FOCUS ON STRENGTHS
Let’s work on your self-image.
A healthy, strong self-image is vital in order to reach your goals and make your dreams reality.
Set your focus on your strengths, and work on your weaknesses.
Most people focus on their weaknesses and then just keep strengthening them, leading to their self-image ending up wholly ruined.
Tip:
Always focus on what you want,
and not on what you don’t want!
YOUR CHANGES
If you still have a weak self-image, that’s no reason that it should stay like that your whole life. Be courageous and take the first step on your journey to a strong, healthy self-image. Image yourself like you want to be, and plan your way to that goal.
HOW I DO IT
I enjoy surprising myself by exposing myself to new and unfamiliar situations. I’ve learned that I am a dynamic being and that even handling new situations is something that can be practised.
When I travel to a new country, I give myself a few days to adjust, since everything is strange and unfamiliar at first. I get to know my surroundings and speak with the people about the local situation.
I’ve learned to concentrate on myself and enjoy every new challenge. All moments in life are real gifts, and I’m thankful that I can enjoy a healthy, happy and prosperous life.
EXERCISES:
How do you see yourself in comparison to others?
Which fundamental values make up your self-image?
How do you view your environment?
What would you like to change about your self-image?
Write out a list of your strong and positive attributes.
Write out a list of your weak and negative attributes.
Where do you see your chances to – and what could keep you back from – modelling your self-image according to your goals?
If you’ve identified something about your present state, then write down how you’d like to be. Make it really simple: Imagine how and what you would like to be. Mentally depict it in all its glory.
That’s the beginning of your journey to your new self-image.
This course will show you how to get to your goals. Start being excited to reach your goals now.

start now!’
