The Subconscious Mind
Auto-suggestion, or repetitive statements of truth, is a form of accessing the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is the chemical laboratory in which all thought impulses are combined and made ready for translation into physical reality. The subconscious mind makes no distinction between constructive and destructive thought impulses.
The subconscious mind will translate into reality a thought driven by fear just as readily as it will turn into reality an idea driven by courage, or faith.
