What is team coaching?
Team Coaching is a collaboration between a business coach and a team or different teams in an organization to enable them to improve and accelerate their performance towards company goals in specific areas interaction.
It uses coaching techniques similar to individual coaching with the added benefit of synergistic group support in a safe environment of mutual respect and collaboration.
